k so i think my computer is key logged or something is going on, this is what is happening i use spybot and then some threats show up, when i try to remove them is says i am not an administer to do it, but i actrually am, i dont know whats going on, and then i made a new email, went to work, came back and said this email has been blocked due to too many incorrect login trys, another weird thing i was running a virus scan, and then it said someone is trying to gain access to your computer, i press block, another thing that happened is when i try to download any anti key logger or anti virus it dosnt let me open it, i right click at the download and it the "open document" is faded aswell as the open folder containing this file is faded and i cant open it., just alot of weird things are happening, and i cant reformat my computer cause i cant find the cd, so what are your thoughts on these problems firstly,

Secondly, i want to reformat my comp cause regardless what u guys say i dont feel safe, so how can i get another cd? i dont care if i have to buy it just where and how much would it cost

thridly i wanna buy a virus product that wil protect EVERYF*CKIN THING, spywhere, virus, keyloggers especially, just ****in everything, i dont care the cost, just any advice? even if im sketching about the first thing i need answers for the second and thrid thing

windows vista home basic 32 bit, another thing that is sketching me out is, recently for alll my emails been getting notifications about my accont info being changed not only for hotmail but for games like wow, should i be worried or is it just random spam?

Boot to safe mode with networking and do the following.

I know you said you wanted to reformat your machine but since you don't have the install cd for it lets try cleaning it up, shall we?

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here or here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Please keep updating until it says you have the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • A log will be saved automatically which you can access by clicking on the Logs tab within Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Download the HijackThis installer from here.
Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Boot to regular mode and run a hijackthis scan.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

Most of what HijackThis lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

Post the logfile that HijackThis produces along with the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

Did you try booting to safe mode? I wouldn't recommend getting vista, you should get windows 7 now.

this is whats happening, i save to desktop, its downloads and the file with the open fol, open, cancel thing dissappears and then and i tried saving it to desktop, documents, public files, it never shows up, i have gone through everything numerous times and it is not there

i tried downloading the programs on my laptop which i am currently using to talk to you and it works fine, i dont run into the same problem

im tired and need to go to work, since it dont work for my main comp, imma just waste 200 on windows 7..... and ill post the logs for my laptop, just so u can check that too... i dont wanna keep stressing over this.

Sorry for missing your post but you are still infected can you post new logs from malwarebytes and Hijackthis. Make sure you run malwarebytes first and then run hijackthis.
