Well, this morning I had an idea, since my PC did not work and the problem was software-based (see previous post "Problem with my pc"), I decided to create a new partition on my disk where I would put my valuable data, or burn it to disk. Now, this morning, I booted my PC using a Linux Live CD (the PC did not shut down abruptly, so I'm pretty sure it's a Windows crash), and it worked and all, except that it didn't see my disk because it wasn't properly plugged in. So I shut down my comp, and plugged in the windows-faulty-disk. But when I booted again, my screen was black, and a "No Signal" sign appeared. I know it's well plugged in, because otherwise it shows a "No connection" sign. I tried with another old screen, and it didn't work either. Could I have fried my graphics card when I went in my PC to plug in the faulty-HDD? How can I check? What should I do? ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER!!!
