Are you running McAfee and Norton? If so, get rid of one of them, of the two I'd keep Norton.

Download Aboutbuster.
http://www.malwarebytes.biz/AboutBuster5.zip

Unzip it to the desktop, then boot into safemode (tap f8 on startup).

Then run Aboutbuster twice.

Run Hijackthis and select "Do a system scan only", place a check by the following entries.

Then boot back to normal mode and post a new log.
