Compaq PC problem

My compaq wouldnt start up in normal mode so I did a PC recovery and Now I cant find My Word Documents in MY DOCUMENTS AND MY IPOD MUSIC..

Please help me.

my guess is, they got deleted, if u cant find them..

Yeah the system recovery on my Hp would wipe all things in my documents too...It restored everything to factory settings....I doubt you will get them back.

w8 what about my ipod songs?
They are missing also?

i also doubt you will get them back too....I cold be wrong though.

By the way it does explain in the system recovery that if you do a Desttructive system recovery that all files will be deleted and everything set back to default factory settings.

And please dont double post in diffrent sections of the forum...
