Comparing 2 Deluxe Hard Drives

Which hard drive would be better for my new parallel processor gaming machine: 400GB 12GB/s Enterprise SAS SSD or OWC Mercury Accelsior PCIe SSD. I have heard that the PCIe SSDs are newest technology, but I don't know about the other one.
