There ar only 2 motherboards that I know of that still support AGP but PCI-E was designed as replacement for the earlier AGP slots so you never find AGP on a PCI-E motherboard. You would have to pick between one or the other.

Generally you don't need AGP and PCI-E together. What video card do you have or are thinking of using?

AGP = older tech for video cards.
PCI-E = newer tech for video cards.

Most all boards have PCI, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Sure there is some, ASRock makes them. But the PCIe slot only runs with 4 lanes/X4 so if you had a upper end PCIe video card it would probably hinder it performance. But I would not really suggest one.

Those boards that StrangleHold suggested do work, and are designed for people who want to slowly migrate from DDR/AGP to a DDR2/PCI-E system.
