Hi I have an issue with the compatibility of many exe files I try open. Whenever I double click the executable file, the black box pops up and then closes. I have tried varying the compatibility options, but it still wouldn't work. Any thoughts or solutions on this? Thnx and this issue happens with all the executable files that open in the command box.

Run it, when prompted click Yes.

I'm not sure what this all means, but i did what you said, copied the blue into notepad saved as "fix.reg" and put save as all files. After i did so, it turned into a reg file, but when I try to run it it says"are you sure you want to add the info in fix.reg to the registry. I click yes and then an error comes up saying you cant import fix.reg its not in a registry script?
Did i do something wrong, or is there some other way to fix my problem?
