Compatibility

I'm buying this video card:

I have read some video cards require a 300-350 (watt?) power supply...I have no idea what this card requires, or what my computer has. How do I check my computer's power supply?

My computer has AGP slots, so thats set. Is there anything else that I need to check to make sure this card is compatible with my PC?

You can normally see how many watts your power supply has by reading the label on the side of the power supply,
My 6800 is about the same as that one and i'm using a power supply that has 350 watts. The 6800 needs at least 350 watt power supply to run.

it also has alot to do with the 12v rails... the wattage is not the total factor.

my power supply is internal, I can't check that way. Are there any other way?

all power supplys are internal.... just open ur case?

I have a 16 amp 12v rail and i no that is cutting it vary close. Just so you have an idea of what you need. If you do need a new power supply read PSU 101 first before you buy.
