AGP is outdated and way slower than pci-e but you should def go with agp over pci. AGP is up to 8 times faster than pci.
 
Sounds like your scrwed and stuck with slow pci graphics. You'd be better off getting a new and cheap mobo and a pci-e card.
 
It would work but, dont expect much out of it. It sounds like its going to run hot too as their is no fan. Dont waste your money on a new psu as that card wont require more power than what your have.
