please check the case specifications. it says that the "motherboard compatibility" is ATX. though i dont see micro ATX...
Cases have many different holes to screw MoBo standoffs into, often accommodating various MoBo sizes. You'll be fine, you just need to place the Board in the case and line up the holes on the Board with the corresponding Case holes.
