I'm building a new gaming PC. I don't really know if this is in the right forum spot place thing but I need help see ing if these parts are compatible. I also don't know alot about computers so I copied and pasted the parts the seemed right. I also had SOME help on GooeyPC.com but I just could't tell.

Power Supply: Corsair CX500M 500W ATX12V v2.3
Motherboard: MSI FM@-A75MA-P33-FM2 AMD A75
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K Trinity 3.4GHz Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Graphics Card: DIAMOND 7850PE52GV Raedon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit
Computer Case: COOLER MASTER Elite 431 Plus RC-431P-KWN2

Do you know if it's any good like could it run Skyrim at atleast medium? I don't want to buy this whole thing and be disapointed. You know.

I'm not familiar with Skyrim but the video card is pretty hefty so I don't see why not.

Like will everything fit in the case? Also I was on GooeyPC and it said "Motherboard does not support Video Card PCIEx16 3.0". I was wondering if that would be a problem.

It'll just run at the speed the slot is capable of. As for the case it supports mATX motherboard which is what you have.

By the way, why not pick a motherboard that has PCIe 3.0?

I would not go with any of it really, except maybe the PSU. What price range are you looking at?

The 7850 will run Skyrim perfectly fine. I played it at highest settings at 1080p with a 5870 which is slower than the 7850 (and has 1GB less memory).

Though that being said, the R9 270X is newer, so if you can get one of those rather than a 7850.

You've got a relatively weak CPU there. Get an AM3+ motherboard and an FX-6300. Get 8GB of RAM too and a nicer case (Corsair 200R).

You said all these parts could run Skyrim no problem but when I looked up all the prices and it said about 500 dollars is that possible?

That will be something like $600

So is this build good? Is it going to be able to run games easily? I want to know before I buy so i'm not wasting time. Plus if you recommend something please but a link so I don't have to search across the internet.
