compatible?

Gee, I don't think that RAM is compatible with that DVD burner. But seriously, nothing you listed poses compatibility issues with each other except the RAM and mobo, I think. The RAM is PC6400 800MHz and the mobo says to use 667MHz. Might want to go for 667MHz RAM or a different mobo.

Scratch That~

Can someone get products for a

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
4gb RAM
USB 2.0
Under $450

4GB of RAM on a C2D processor is a waste. Especially with a <$450 computer... USB 2.0 is on ALL motherboards these days too.

my budget is strictly $450 before tax and shipping...no special graphics card, but it has to be fast, because it is going to be a 4 users at once computer, thanks!

4gb ram is the only requirment

Hmm... I left alotta space for upgrading :) I suggest: E4300 and 7600.

I have the PSU, Case, CPU, GFX, and I'm impressed with all.

PSU - Runs a E2140 @ 3.04GHz, P31-DS3L, HD3850, DVD Burner, 3x 80mm case fans, 70mm case fan, 80GB SATAII HDD, Rosewill LGA775 92mm cooler all well and cozy :D

Case - A bit flimsy once a while, but overall, it's great! Lots of space, and everything fits perfectly.

CPU - Got it to 3.04GHz with raising of voltage. Quite nice for sucha cheap CPU. (But I had a P31-DS3L...)

GFX - X1550 can max out BF2 (No anti-aliasing)... And it runs OK... not smooth though. But technically, it's the Celeron 420 to blame ;) 1.6GHz (1.8GHz needed, but OC'd to 2.13GHz). But the Celeron's are decapicated Pentiums... so probably slower than 2.13GHz Pentium-wise.
