Windows 7 Ultimate has more features than Windows 7 Home Premium but it is $80 more. Take your pick from either of these two. Also, the Corsair Power Supply and the video card you picked look good in my opinion.

I'd wait until next month and see how the next batch of AMD graphics cards look. I don't know exactly when they are released but it's supposed to be during November, which starts in 2 days.

Graphics card makers don't matter right? They are pretty universal?

Nvidia video cards I hear work better with Intel processors. ATI video cards work better with AMD processors.

The aftermarket cooler is important if you plan to OverClock. When I first showed up here the HSF that was suggested was this Thermalright.

Even if you do not plan on overclocking, Intel does not make very good heatsinks from what I have heard. I would buy the aftermarket heatsink that BillOhio suggested.
