Completley 100% Reset My Pc

Hello. I would like to know how I can reset my PC from 110% scratch and get it back to its original state when I bought it. I am really getting sick and tired of this piece of crap and how slow it is, all the problems it has, and all this other garbage. I'm pretty sure this can be done (reinstall Windows) because my friend did it once.

Here is some info you might want to know so it will be easier to help me:

-Every time I start the computer up it says something like squeax.exe send or don't send
-Supposedly my processor fan is not detected, so my computer over heats and shuts of but I don't know how to fix it
-I can't "switch user", I have to fully log off to get onto another user name
-It takes EXTREMELY long to do that process as well as wait for it to all load when I start my computer and click my user name
------
-I have no special programs or software I need to keep/already have installed other than the following: AIM, Firefox, iTunes, Limewire, Photoshop
-The only thing I want to keep is some family pictures which I can easily put onto some CDs... also, I want my extremely high speed internet and everything to still work

Okay, so now, how do I do this... START MY COMPUTER FROM SCRATCH, delete absolutely everything? Much help needed, thanks.

Do you have the disks that came with it? You will need the 'Recovery CD' or the 'XP Installation CD' or something similiar.

You will also need a cd for photoshop...

The processor fan may be another issue are you sure it is running? Generally it will not shut down the pc if it is running just becuase its not registering...

If you have a disk its as simple as booting to the disk deleteing all the partitions on the harddrive and then hitting enter 2 times and following all on screen instructions and then reactivating with microsoft if you need help reformatting simply go to this link and print this page its very detailed..

what kinda computer is it, some such as HP have a system recovery partition set to drive D:\ , on these systems there is a recovery program in the start menu to start it, and you can also boot with the f8 key and get the same option to run recovery back to factory defaults. how ever this will preform a quick format so you have to save any data you want.
