Does everything there look ok?? Any compatability issues that you see??

Also, you may notice a lack of fans or other cooling devices. That's because I'm not sure what would be the best way to cool this thing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

well its a good system, but i would recomend XP Media Centre Edition ive noticed big differences in 3Dmark05 results with MCE. it seems to be real good for gaming.

I'd love to have MCE, but to my knowledge you have to get it on a computer from a retailer. It hasn't been made available to the public yet (unless I'm out of the loop on that one).

I see. Then it looks pretty damn good. How much is that all going to cost?

It's going to be pricey, but I have a good bit of Christmas and graduation cash coming my way, so I'm making the most of it. I'm not sure exactly how much it is all going to cost yet. I'm looking at different places to get the best deal.

MCE is available (http://www.overclock.co.uk/customer/product.php?productid=18109) and what sort of cooling are u looking for eg. air, water, phase

Thank you for that link!! Might be a dumb question, but with that coming from Britain will it be the same as what's available here in the US??

And, I'm looking for whatever type of cooling I might need. If I just need a few fans, that's fine. If I need a water system, that's fine. Although, with this being my first build, I think I'd rather avoid water if I don't need it. No need to make matters more complicated than they already are.
