Compress a GIF??

i have a animated avatar i made and want to use on this site, but the file size is too big. can i compress is somehow and still have it work? :confused:
 
Gifs really aren't compressed other than they are limited to their colors. There's not much you can do other than drop the colors, shink the size, or drop some of the frames...
 
If you want to use Photoshop that can resize them. Post the picture on here and I will resize for you.

I'm pretty sure that it will do that. :P
 
I agree. Image ready is the one for the Animated gifs, but Hellbreather is an expert dealing with Photoshop and I am sure that he will make it :D
 
Your referring to the artwork I showed you in one of our earlier conversations aren't you Narafa.

Anyway I also use Image Ready and I'm more than happy to resize this GIF for you if you upload it onto this thread.

It's not me who want to resize the gif :D It's spacedude89.

i animated it in image ready myself, i took a regular pic and made it, but im not very good at imageready so i dont know how i could compress it more...
its 82.4 kb and the limits a little below 20kb
