Computer acting... strange?

So when I press the power button, it has a black screen when I sign in and it takes around a minute to start up, and the taskbar doesn't even show up for a while, can you guys help me?

Download and run ccleaner. And then download and run free version of malwarebytes. Then disable any unneeded programs running at bootup using task manager startup tab. If after doing those 3 processes it still does it then we can look deeper.
