Computer Build---Feedback please

I'm looking to buy a new computer (primarily for audio production using Reason 7) and came across this build. I really don't know much about computers so I just wanted to make sure everything is compatible and I'm not wasting my money on anything. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

A couple of changes I would recommend:

Samsung 840 evo 250 GB for $50 les than the one you have picked.

More modern and faster GPU than the GT450 you choose.
