I would get a higher quality psu like the cx600, and for $10 more you can get a 7850 on e-bay which is a much more powerful video card than the one you picked.
 
the 7850 looks great, ill add that to my build. as for the psu, your recommendation has lower wattage for double the price. I know i picked a fairly cheap psu but can you let me know why that psu is Superior?
 
Quality over quantity is what you want with power supplies. It's a bit above my knowledge on what exactly it is that goes on but generally cheaper PSU's don't offer reliable power and are more prone to blowing up and taking out your components with it. Don't cheap out on the PSU as it's going to cost more to replace when it goes out (as it soon will) and even more expensive if it takes out your video card or other part along with it.
 
First one would work fine. That's what I have and it's been going strong for 2 years so far.

If you want the fancy lights and the negligible drop in fan noise, get the GS, but I personally dont' think it's worth it.

Also the CX currently has a discount on it if you buy it before the 21st.
