Which computer is better for gaming? Im basically not sure which ram and processor is better. They are also pretty much the same price

The Gateway is MUCH better.

The Dell is extremely overpriced for such poor components. I mean, an 8600GTS?
 
yep, for gaming computer, the gateway you listed is way better than the dell.

another option for you is build it yourself. It could save you some money if you do it that way. However, if you are not that comfortable with the idea of building it yourself then that gateway is your best bet. :)
 
Ok thanks alot. I just wasnt sure which processor was better a core 2 quad core or core 2 duo. Also I noticed the 2gb 800mhz was faster but i wasnt sure if more memory would be better (3gb at 667mhz)
