Computer crashes during gaming session

Alright this problem has been going on for quite a while now and I just can't figure out what the deal is. About 6 months ago I upgraded my computer. I bought a new mobo, processor (Pentium E6500), and a Radeon HD 5750. My computer never crashed before, so I'm like... 90% certain it's because of one of these new parts. After a while I returned the motherboard and got a MSI P7N SLI, and got new ram because 2 of my old sticks weren't fast enough. But the problem persists!

I've checked the temperature of the video card and processor after a crash and they're both perfectly normal. My hard drives are still the same, and from what I hear video cards are usually pretty much flawless.

I've done a bunch of benchmarking with furmark and (I don't remember the name) a benchmark to test my cpu, hard drives and ram, and my computer didn't crash at all during those tests.

My last theory is that it could be my power supply, which is a 500 watt OCZ StealthXStream. 500 watts seems like it should be fine to run this rig, but I guess a videocard, soundcard, 3 hard drives, dvd drive and like... 3 case fans could be too much?

Any help would be awesome, I really don't want to take this in and pay $100 for somebody to tell me to buy new stuff.

Oh and sorry if this isn't a motherboard problem, I didn't know what section this should be filed under :D

Did you do a clean install of windows when you replaced the motherboad? Most users don't realize that you do need to install windows fresh whenever changing motherboards due to different hardware on the motherboard.

Yea I've formatted it twice I think. I'm using Windows 7 ultimate (64 bit). I can't compare this to before because before I upgraded I was using windows xp, but now I'm using windows 7. And I somehow managed to lose my copy of windows xp.

I've got 4 1 gig sticks right now. When I first got the new stuff I didn't buy any new ram, I just had my old 3 gigs. But when I replaced the motherboard I got a different one and this motherboard doesn't support less than 800 mhz ram, so I had to replace 1 gig (2 512s) with some better ram (2 1 gigs).

The only problem is my computer was still crashing with the other motherboard and the old ram.

Don't talk about cracking here. It's against the rules and I suggest you remove it from your post.
