Computer crashing on windows 10

So I upgraded to windows 10 and ever since the day I upgraded my computer will crash while playing steam games. Other games it will crash as well but league of legends will never crash. My temps wont go over 71 ever and nothing else is suspicious. Just a few questions:

A) Should I go back to windows 7? I never crashed or anything when I had that.
B) Do I need to upgrade parts of my gaming rig(3 years old)

My guess is that you upgraded without deleting files and programs. That can cause a lot of issues in my experience.
If I were you, I'd make a backup of everything that needs to saved and go to:
Settings -> Update & Security -> Recovery -> Reset this PC 'Get Started' -> 'Remove everything' -> 'All drives' -> 'Remove files and clean the drive' -> 'Next' -> 'Reset'

This will effectively reinstall your Windows and delete everything (save your data on an external disk and don't have it plugged in during the process!), but once you've installed your games again, they should all work perfectly.
 
Okay thanks Jiniix. Yeah I did a clean install everything went well. I'm just not sure why its randomly crashing
 
What is it actually doing, is it going to a blue screen or is it just restarting on you? If its giving a blue screen then do this.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
