Computer died while playing, cause?

I was wondering if anyone can give advice on what might be the issue with my comp.

Recently bought a HIS HD6990 Video Card and was playing Arcania Gothic 4. Suddenly, my computer died. Couldn't see if anything was toast, although I felt the GPU and it was pretty hot. Not dangerously, but still pretty hot.

My question is, was it the Mobo, GPU or PSU that faulted? I can't turn on the comp anymore, so I need some advice on what component I need replacing.

My specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition @ 3.8GHz
Gigabyte MA-770T-UD3P Mobo
4GB DDR3 1333MHz PC10666 RAM
ULTRA X4 750W PSU (Not a brand name, bought at COMPUSA)

The problem here could be a mix of things but most likely its your psu that died on you and hopefully it didn't take anything else with it. You may need to take it in to a repair shop and have everything diagnosed.
