Computer doesn't load up completely after restart

HI there, i have been having this problem for some time now. it happen to all 3 of my computers. everytime when i shut down and then when i turn the computer on again. the computer would load up all the way until it get to the taskbar it will load up, but then the computer would freeze/hang there and it just do nothing, the lower right hand taskbar where the clock is, the program will not load up at all. it just froze.

i have to click ctrl+alt+del and log off and then when i log back on, all the window will come back to normal.

It only happen when i restart or shut down the computer.
 
If your running windows xp you can try doing a system restore to resolve this issue,
Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
Then follow the instructions, choose a date and it will restore your pc to the exactly the way it was on that paticular date, so make sure you choose a date before the problem started.
