Old drivers could be it.. but I'd think more of the RAM. Get memtest86 or remove one stick , see if it BSOD's again, if it does, put the other back and take the first one out and see what happens. if the second one works well then the first one is dead/dying. If this is not it, then get into Safe Mode and delete the drivers, and get into the normal mode and reinstall the newer version. Make sure the drivers are compatiable with your OS though.
