computer fan and gurgling noises

what exactly do you mean by "gurgling noises"? if the fans are too loud you can get things that will quiet them down a little. As far as your fans going on and off, your computer is supposed to do that, and to my knowledge no virus or spyware program can turn your fans on and off. To speed up your computer, try doing a disk cleanup and defrag

noises when it is laoding something

when it is slowed down it makes noises

and can you expland more on how to make a computer run faster please

If there is a noise coming out of your computer, I don't see how anti-virus softwares would do any better when its a hardware problem. Every computer makes noises but there is a limit. I have no specs about your computer so I cannot help you much until you list some.

Are you talking about your harddrive....?

Some harddrives make noise when they are loading which seems like what you are talking about.

Another thing could be you don't have a good enough power supply. but, I doubt it.

yeah the gurgling noise is your hard drive

as for the fan kicking on and off, if the computer is getting hot, the fan will run faster and louder, and when it is at a lower temp, it will run quiet and you can barily hear it. that is ok if it does that.

Your powersupply should be fine if you bought it prebuilt. Defragment your hard drive, run a spyware and adware scan, uninstall unneccesary programs, and delete files your dont need(music, videos etc.). If that noise is really bothering you, you can buy a new hdd.

EDIT: You can also buy new, quiter fans if the sound is bothering you that much.

You can also get somekind of lining for the inside of your case, im not sure what its called, but it is an noise dampener.
