Computer Forum Username Change Help

I was wondering if it's possible to change your username. The username Tux wasn't available at the time, so I had to go with Tuxify, but now I don't see anyone on the members list under that name. I was wondering if I, or an admin, could change my username for me?
 
I dont think the Admin can or will change a users name, you'd have to make a new account, and you would want to do research on that, cause owning multiple accounts is against the rules.
 
If you have lots of posts and are a respectable contributing member, an admin may do it as a favor.

Honestly, i cant think of anyone with less than about 1.5k posts doing it (but i can only remember 1 or 2 people doing it) but who knows, catch an admin on a good day and you might get lucky.
 
It's such a small change, and I'd rather not break the rules (or start a new post count over again =D). If an admin reads this PM me with your views.

Or you could show the Admin that you are active and assertive and you pm the admin :D

Thats what my mom always says (about being assertive)
 
it would be so cool if we had the option of changing our username, i'd go with BEEDLE for some reasons it fits me...lol
 
Yeah, I think after 1000 posts is a good idea. If everyone were changing their name it would become confusing. I was just hoping someone could help me out. By 1000 posts it would be hard for me to change my username...
