Computer freeze, help

Hey Guys.
I need you help with a computer does freeze.
I install a two hard drives with raid1 connection in a customer computer
Everything works fine during the day.
The next morning, he call me that your computer does freeze
He said the computer runs a update windows process 1 of 52 the last night , but because that process take a lit bit long he turn off the computer with power button.
Now, everytime after couple minutes this comes freeze.
question?
registry problem?
memory problem?
no virus for sure

Any answer can be helpful

I think the restart in middle of updates messed it up... if possible, try doing system restore.

And tell your customer that you should NEVER EVER shut the computer down while Windows updates are running.

If you want to make sure the RAID array isn't causing the problem, just pull one of the drives out and boot (it should do a normal boot, but IIRC some controllers may start complaining about a faulty array unless you specifically disable it... I think this is old info though).
