Computer freeze! help.

Got problems. computer will boot up fine sometimes, but then freeze up at any given time. Computer will sometimes not show picture when it comes out of sleep. when it freezes up sometimes it will not boot up right will freeze in the windows 7 logo screen. then when it does freeze up i have to reset bios. or i get a loud beep when it is booting up and i have to keep reseting it till it works?

help please

Try re-seating your RAM and video card if you have one. if a stick of ram is not in properly it will give on long beep when you boot up.
