Computer Freeze

My game machine keeps freezing. It runs for about 25-30 minutes and than it freezes. I have to restart it but it keeps doing it. It did this a couple of weeks ago and I replaced the hdd. Its not making any noises. Could the power supply cause it to freeze because it felt alittle warmer than usual.

I moved the computer for more air flow, and it isnt freezing anymore. Something had to be overheating.

I'd go through the computer and clean any dust off the fans/heatsinks, if you haven't already. Also, what are your CPU & Video card temps? If it continues to happen, adding some case fans might be a good idea.

Keep in mind that even if it isn't getting hot enough to reach thermal shutdown anymore, sustained use at close to the critical temperature will shorten the lifetime of your components.
