Computer freezes then restarts randomly

This computer is about 4 months old and I'm using Win10. Randomly it freezes for 2 seconds and then restarts but the tower doesn't turn off it stays on. It used to just happen when I was playing games on high detail, but now it's happening even when I'm on the desktop. I phoned the company and they said reinstall the OS and all the drivers but that hasn't cured it. The free return period has ended so I'll have to pay to return it. Can anyone tell me if it sounds like a graphics problem or OS related problem? Thanks.

Is this a custom build?

What's the spec? Specifically power supply, motherboard and video card.

Done any overclocking?

Look in the event viewer to see if any details are listed about the freezing. This could be an hard drive or other hardware issue.
