Computer freezes

Hi, my computer constantly freezes on startup. It usually boots up on windows and after few seconds freezes.
The computer only works in safe mode without networking.
I've been told that the problem is with the network drivers. Yet whenever I try to insert installation disk of windows (to format the drive and install a clean new copy) It freezes as well during the installation bootup. What should I do?
I tried to disable the onboard network adapter and the problem is still there.
Would love suggestions.
Thank you

Go into safe mode and uninstall the drivers for the network card. Go into installed programs and uninstall driver software so that when you reboot windows won't try reloading driver. Reboot into normal mode and see if freezing still happens.

I really don't think this is related to network drivers.
