I have a big problem my computer has been freezing when i have been playing Flight Simulator 2004 and sometimes the monitor has gone black and blue screen pops up quickly then the computer reboots.

So i restarted the computer and as it was booting up i dissconected stuff from the back i did'nt need i run the computer on the bare essentials but then it frooze at the windows loading screen (not the welcome one the one with the black background).

What do you think it is, would dissconecting stuff from the back damage anything when booting up? or make it freeze?

Thanks.

I have just done a fresh install formated it, everything it when through the installation fine but when i was about the install te motherboard drivers it frooze and i had to reboot and it just frooze at the loading screen again.

Heres the specs of it:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ venice
Samsung 200gig hdd
crutial memory 512mb of RAM (dual channel)
ATI Radeon X550 graphics card
Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 motherboard

And i have just thought whilst typing the specs could it be that im running dual channel, and also could it be that the brand of memory is not recommended.

Thanks.
