This has happened for quite some time now and I'm alarmed. It started a few days after I installed Pinnacle CD/DVD Suite. Thinking that was the problem, I removed that totally from my system then I also edited my registry to make the computer faster just today. I don't really have much of a problem. It's just that sometimes, when I click refresh the computer freezes, looses all icons, and comes up with this sundial or hourglass and then I would see the cursor but I can't click on anything. I'm pissed because it happened just 10 minutes ago and I lost the file I was downloading because of that. Pls. Help.
