Computer goes crazy

i have Compaq Presario CQ62 with Windows 7 buy form walmart new month or two it gots virus at the time i didn't have the virus protect
i have now i buy a 500GB and installed it use it for two month and one night i was on so dirty sites i got up and got some water and came
back to my computer were thing i had up were close I look up the virus name it told me how to remove it and i ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware in safe mode because i was the only way it wood stay runing it whatn't work so i remove the hard drive and format it form my there computer restarted and had Operating System DVD Windows 7 Professional installed disc and it load to a binking _ and i trying booting form CD drive and that Still Binking _ and it what load help please

i did learn not to go to the dirty dirty site any more. i have left the the _ binking for hours and i what know yea the hell it whatn't work?
and i need help fixing my computer not some one been smart ass thanks

may be but i what reinstall Windows 7 and i have ever thing i need but the computer whatn't load windows 7 that the ? i am asking
 
have you set your DVD drive as the main boot device?? If not, thats a good place to start.
The blinking _ tells me that there is no read from the media or HDD. If it was just a DVD read failure, the computer would boot normally.
