Computer help needed - small business

Hi,
i was hoping someone could help me please?

I run a two man business with my colleague..we currently use two laptop (at present 1 windows laptop / 1 mac laptop but this will change to ensure both systems are the same).

We would like to set up a system whereby we both feed from the same email client address book - so when either my colleague or myself enters the address book we can ensure it is continually updated, without having to every now and then export an address into one of the laptops.

Additionally to this we would also like host several of our documents (word, excel) online and again have the same system in place for accessing the file and updating the file.

Our business is media based which is 70% emailing and 30% word processing.

I'm not sure about the email, but for the shared documents, you might try googledocs. There are other services online, as well, that provide for shared documents.
