I don't really know where I should be putting this topic, but anyways, can anyone tell me which of these two specs are better?

First one:
Quad Processor Q8200 (2.33GHz, 1333FSB, 4MB)
512MB ATI Radeon HD 4670
4GB Ram

Second one:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-920 processor (2.66GHz, 8MB)
3GB (3X1GB) DDR3 SDRAM 1066MHz Memory
ATI Radeon(TM) HD 4350 512MB DDR2

Oh right, I was a little worried about the graphic card, in comparison to the first one, isn't it a little weaker in specs?
