Computer in a Resturant Kitchen?

In my post about cpu power I forgot to mention that one thing you can do, even with what is there, is to underclock the processor. That will reduce the running temperature.

Re-reading the first post, 80+ degF is not really that hot. People run ordinary pcs at home on hot summer days without over-temperature. Perhaps the cpu that is there is already running at the high end of its clocking range.
