I just returned from vacation and when I went to plug my Creative Zen Vision:M into my computer via USB port, the comp did not recognize it. That means that the icon on the toolbar does not say new device found and when I open the software for the Vision:M, it says nothing is connected. Also, when the vision:M was connected before vacation it had an icon on the screen which indicates that its hooked up to the comp. This icon is now not on it, but the device does turn on when I plug it into the computer, which is a sign that the wires and other stuff is working correctly. Any ideas on why this USB port might not be picking up the device?
