Ok so we know what is isnt!its impossible that its coming from the harddrive because the sound is coming from around the cpu/cpu fan area.
Well according to youWhat else could it be, The cpu fan?
I wouldnt expect it to be the CPU fanEven when i stoped the cpu fan from spinning, the noise still came from somewhere under it.
