Computer needs serious help

Im having the worst of luck with this new computer. About a year ago since i had it it worked for about a month before the processor died and it just gave me nonstop blue screen and left it in my closet so almost a year later i decided to "fix it" so i bought a new, well can just look at it here, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3k6Cb, so i finally put everything in today and when i turn it on it took me to a straight blue screen so now i am thinking that now the HDD is gone bad because it doesnt detect win7 so i cant repair anything and i tried putting in the win7 cd in the try there and turns out now that my disk drive isnt being read and i know that its fine because i just switched it from my other computer and i dont think its even reading my hdd because all its giving me is a Boot (X:) thing. I have no clue what to do anymore. I was thinking to buy a new hdd but idk if i even need to do that. I seriously need help cause i feel like throwing this thing out the window. I am getting error (0x80070002)

It sound like the HDD was the problem in the beginning. Before you do anything get a hold of an HDD somewhere just for testing and see that it eliminates the problem.

So i got a new hdd and it still doesnt read the hdd. My friends were helping me with it and nothing happen. They unplugged and replugged everything, switched the sata cables and nothing it just wouldnt read the hdd. Could it be the mobo?

Since you changed the board its going to blue screen when you try to boot from the old install. Which is what probably happen the first time. Now since you put a new harddrive in, you do know it doesn't have a OS and you need to do a clean install with the Windows DVD. What memory are you using, it wasn't listed?

That's why I asked if he used the OS disk. I guess I wasn't clear enough when I meant if he did a clean install.
