Computer Not Starting

Hi,

My friend gave me his computer to look at after he tried to add a new fan cover. He said he knocked a couple of wires out at the bottom at the power LED and stuff and now he put them back in it won't start.

Anyone got any ideas what could be causing this?

yeah, try to get the cables in the right places. If that doesent work then check and see if there is power leaving the psu
