Computer not working prop after switching parts

Hello !

I really need some help here, I swapped my grafic card and added some ram. I got these parts from a friends computer and with them it was lagging and it was absolutly not working, so I switched back to the original parts, but when i turn on my computer now I still lag and I cant figure out why.
(have updated grafic card)

Have you uninstalled the drivers for your previous video card and installed the new drivers?
