Computer only works in Safe Mode

G'day, I do not know if I am sending this to the correct place on the forum. I hope I will still be able to get help. If it should be in a different place could somebody change it.
My computer is using Window Vista. I was only getting a black screen with this Pop Up Message.
I worked on it and manage to do a System Restore. Now I can get the decktop in Normal Mode but the only thing that will work is the Recycle Bin.
I am able to open most things in Safe Mode.
Please could somebody explain to me what I must do to get it back to normal. I do not have the instillation disk.

Yeah, boot to safe mode with networking and run these programs as suggested in the thread that was linked.

Post the logs from all 3 programs.
