I just recently got a dell xps 16 and i feel as though it is not performing as well as it should be. I dont want something that just cleans the registry or crap like that, i want something that actually OPTIMIZES the performance of my computer by tweaking stuff. what software do you suggest?

Since you got it recently, I assume you don't have many important documents on the computer. Save whatever you need to a flash drive and format it if you have the OS installation CD. Dell always loads useless crap onto their computers that make it run slower. Software that supposedly "optimize" your computer usually don't actually give you a noticeable difference so I advise not installing anything. If you still want to try one, of the ones I've used, Tuneup Utilities is the easiest to use and actually has a few tweaks that can help but still not give you a noticeable difference.
