Hi I have a Intel Pentium 3.4 ghz computer and its always overheating with temperatures at 160 Ferinhiet. I cleaned it and everything and it still overheats Fans spin at 2236?, Someone please help me resolve this Thanks!
How do u check the paste? Yea its in a big ass case.Burgerbob said:You might check your thermal paste, its bond is probably broken... do you have good airflow around your CPU?
Take the heatsink off, first buy some arctic silver 5, and replace the stuff you have. And by airflow it means do you have lots of moving air going over the heatsink to move the heat away from the heatsink and out hte case. How many case fans do you have, what are there size and where in the case are they?sabedra211 said:How do u check the paste? Yea its in a big ass case.
