Computer Overheating..

Hi I have a Intel Pentium 3.4 ghz computer and its always overheating with temperatures at 160 Ferinhiet. I cleaned it and everything and it still overheats Fans spin at 2236?, Someone please help me resolve this Thanks!
 
You might check your thermal paste, its bond is probably broken... do you have good airflow around your CPU?

Take the heatsink off, first buy some arctic silver 5, and replace the stuff you have. And by airflow it means do you have lots of moving air going over the heatsink to move the heat away from the heatsink and out hte case. How many case fans do you have, what are there size and where in the case are they?

Well theres a fan in the powersupply and one on top of im guessing the heat sink and one on back of the case im guessing there all 4 or 5 inch.?????
 
Are they all on full speed. And is there a place for a fan in the front of the case, taht will be pushing more air through your case. But you should still reseat the heatsink, you can find thermal paste application guides for as5 online.
 
That video is ok, they kind of do things a little different then as5 tells you to do. Here are written instructions from their website. Since it varies with different cpu's.

That's not much, there's only one 120mm fan. See if you can add another one somewhere. btw, what case do you have? Also, if the AC5 doesn't lower the temperature, i would suggest that you buy an aftermarket heatsink, as 160F (~71C) is a very dangerous temperature for the cpu.
