Computer Password

Hello i am just wondering is there a software or some code on cmd that you can see the password but not cracking it or changing it if there is i need it

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

This might be a touchy subject, so expect the thread to get locked. The tools I have used just clear or change the password. I'm sure there are ways of extracting the password somehow as well.

Thx one day i changed password but something was wrong so the program puted random password thats why i dont want to change the password

So what exactly are you trying to accomplish here? If you used a program to create random passwords then thats not really what you want and need to get rid of it. If you don't know the password then its needs to be removed.
