rate my computer please

i was wondering if my computer can run any of the latest games out there now, and any game that comes out in the next while for that matter. mainly BF2, or CoD2.

asus a8n-fm s939 nforce 4 mobo
amd athlon 64 3200+ (i'm trying to overclock it, but i don't really know how)
ddr400 memory 512mb pc3200 (x2)
antec sonata II 450watt case
WD 160 sata 7200rpm hd
sapphire x700pro pci-e 256m
windows xp home

umm...you probably can but not at high settings, your vid card is holding you back

my pc runs those games (poorly) and yours is much better than the one I am on, I am sure you will be able to run them.

anyways the x700 probably runs 90% of the game above average.
