what little things related to computers annoy you guys?

for me its uninstallation programs that don't remove there folder under "program files" because I'm kinda a perfectionist and that makes my whole computer deem messy...dont judge me!!! :o
 
Ive said this before, people who have a good game (BF2) and have the settings at 800X600, no textures, no AA, and they have a 6600GT, a 3400+, and a gig of RAM... and they dont care! cant stand that.

Comptuer sales people who don't have a clue what they are talking about. PC world staff in the UK are prime examples, giving totally wrong advice....

Actually that can also be a source of amusement, pop down and ask for something then continually correct them....entertaining if your really bored.


People on forums and such who think they know what they are talking about but are blatantly wrong but cant accept it
 
Ya thats never fun.

Another big one of mine is the fact that you can just buy a new piece of hardware for your computer and within normally like weeks its already outdated by something else. I don't stay on the cutting edge of technology, way too expensive, but I am looking for a new video card to replace the one I just returned, was looking at the 7900gt or x1900xt, but just within the next couple of weeks a 256mb version of the x1900xt is coming out, the x1950's are coming out, so is the 7900gs, and the 7950gt.
 
mine would have to be microsofts tech support in the phillipines and when people say "pwn" <--- what the crap is that?

1) Computers that have like 50 bajilion things in the task bar.
2) Unlocked start bar in the bottem of your screen thingy (sorry can't think of the word right now)
3) Lots and Lots and LOTS of icons on the desktop.
 
when something goes wrong with my computer and i unknowingly fix it and i dont know what i did i hate that cause i want to know what the problem was and what fixes it!
 
People who can't type normally online and make it really hard to understand them. Use some freakin' punctuation for goodness sake!!! Geez...

Oh, and Windows being stupid for no reason than to piss you off...
 
O and when you do a system scan and your computer gets slower and slower and crashes before you can finish the scan. Happens a lot with computers with tons of adware.
 
Oh! My original sound card drivers would make my computer crash whenever I did a disk check. That was so annoying until they finally came out with some new ones so I could do that...
 
I hate it when I run memtest and my memory comes up clean, and then makes my computer crash. Or when I get video card driver errors and I try them all and then I return my video card and that doesn't fix the problem. Oh my problems never end with my comp. I just want to get back to oc'ing.

Oh yes one of my major pet peeves, the BSOD, its just Microsofts way of saying, hahahahahaha.

Hmmm, probably when you realize that your computer is a piece of crap, especially when you have when you have an AGP slot...

Probably another thing is when you buy something and realize after it's un-returnable that you could get it cheaper or something better for the same price.... that goes for most things nowendays...

...Oh ya, when you can't run a game on full settings, and when you are, it skips frames....
