Computer Problem- Browser Closes at times, Machine locks up frequently- Please help!

Hello-

I have a pretty decent computer- a little old but not bad- XP Home, Pentium 4 2.00GHz, 1.99 GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM, 256 Video Card-

Well, whenever I go to a few select web sites, my browsers close down- whether in Firefox or IE

Also, my PC freezes up everytime I try to load up Guild Wars game, or even go to MySpace web pages-

I am not super technical, any suggestions as to how I should troubleshoot this? Ive got Antispyware running (Avast)- I uninstalled Norton to see if that was problem and it wasn't. Ive also run antispyware programs and used Ccleaner to no avail...

I posted a HJThis Log onto another web site and there weren't any problems-
 
Personally I think Cleanup works better than Ccleaner, but for all I know that could be my imagination. Cleanup has never failed me before
